Project's Outputs

Output 1: Training Tools

Output 1: Training Tools Each partner will map on its territory all the potential stakeholders.

Stakeholders will be divided into categories (Musicians/bands, job seeker organisations, radio/TVs, business schools, business incubators, business associations, training associations) and a part of them will be used as target group of the project. Through the implementation of local focus groups the Training tools (to be tested later on) will be created.

The Training tools created on the basis of the results of the focus groups, will follow two main roadmaps:
  1. Use of innovative approach based on history of music;
  2. Effective training tools to improve the basic/transversal skills and entrepreneurial skills of adults; Training tools will be collected in a e-manual, available online and on the learning platform.
The products and methodologies of the "The young side of the moon" and "St'Art" projects will be taken into account.

Output 2: Learning Platform

Output 2: Learning Platform The project aims at creating an open educational resources-OER for trainers and adults learners to find and swap resources about entrepreneurship and its value in innovation, skills, business and non-formal education.

The portal provides an experience on entrepreneurship, by providing teaching and learning materials made available. The platform is a depository for interactive learning materials. It will be divided in the following categories:

  1. FIND - The project, the activities, the international partnership, main results and outputs - The training tool, including interactive modules, videos, music based on a common format, free to download and accessible to new end-users.
  2. SHARE - Resources: reference documents, regulations in force and recommendations and links related to entrepreneurship at EU level - Members and groups: facilitation of contacts between members of the project community and a broader audience of adults/ entrepreneurs in search of support for improving their competencies.
  3. IN-DEPTH - EU projects and call for proposals related to entrepreneurship, non-formal education and innovation in the business field. - News and articles.

Output 3: Learning Documentary

Output 3: Learning Documentary A high quality video documentary will be developed. It will be a learning tool putting together the contents of the Training tools developed with the non-formal approach based on history of rock music. The idea is to create an entertaining/ learning tool set up as a documentary about target group, innovative entrepreneurship and rock history. Therefore the scope of the documentary is to intercept contents that are most closely related to music videos that integrate and support the more theoretical training path. The involvement of stakeholders (especially local rock bands/musicians) for the creation and dissemination of the documentary is crucial. The involvement of local bands in the creation of the documentary ensure their involvement also in the promotion of the product. The video will be in English with subtitles in all partner languages.

Output 4: Protocol for Certification

Output 4: Protocol for certification of competencies The “Protocol” will be a procedural document containing all the key aspects of the new created learning approach and training path. The Protocol will be used as a guide to validate and certificate the competences of any professional making use of the innovative learning approach based on history of (Rock) music and of the contents of the training tools developed. All the project products will be collected (Training tools, research, stakeholder's plan, Learning platform, Documentary) and harmonized in order to make the protocol a document easy to use. The Protocol will be based on the European Qualifications Framework.

The Protocol will contain the procedures for the certification of the competencies acquired through the use of the methodologies identified, so every trainer or professional using the training tools can ask for the certification of their new competencies. Therefore, the Protocol will be implemented in the perspective of its use as "validation/certification guidelines".

All the final version of the project products developed so far, will be collected (Training tools, research, stakeholder's plan, Learning platform, Documentary etc.) and harmonized in order to make the protocol a document easy to use. The Protocol will be based on the EQF (European Qualifications Framework), and within this framework it will be created a scheme for the validation of the above-mentioned competencies through ICEP. ICEP by using this methodology for the certification of skills acquired in non-formal contexts, will support project partners in identifying the forms of certification and the same certification that will be issued to persons who will be transferred these skills within the project. The Protocol will contain, also, the procedures for the certification of the competencies acquired through the use of the methodologies identified, so every trainer or professional using the training tools, could ask for the certification (made by an external certification institution) of their new competencies. Therefore, the Protocol has to be implemented in the perspective of its use as "validation/certification guidelines".
